Y-Not Tech Services is proud to service a variety of locations in the Lethbridge Area. We offer free on-site visits to clients in our Standard Service Area and reasonable travel rates to those in our Extended Service Area.
Standard Service Area
Y-Not Tech Service’s Standard Service Area includes Lethbridge and the area within an 18 km radius of Lethbridge. On-Site visits and House Calls to client’s within the Standard Service Area are offered without a Travel Fee.
Towns in the Standard Service Area include:
- Coaldale
- Coalhurst
- Diamond City
- Shaughnessy
Note: We are also happy to come to your farm, acreage or business located within the Standard Service Area.
Extended Service Area
Y-Not Tech Service’s Extended Service Area allows us to offer On-Site visits and House Calls to areas that often aren’t given an on-site option for Computer Repair and IT Solutions. However, due to the extra time and fuel required to travel to these location, a travel charge is added. The travel charge is calculated using the CRA recommended Mileage Rate. As of 2023 that rate is 68 cents per Kilometer. We recommend client’s within our Extended Service Area consider taking advantage of our Remote Support Offerings when possible.
Some Towns included in the Extended Service Area include:
- Fort MacLeod
- Taber
- Nobleford
- Stirling
- Magrath
Note: We are also happy to come to your farm, acreage or business located within the Extended Service Area.
Outside the Extended Service Area?
Of course, the circle drawn on the map above isn’t a hard cut-off point. If your home or business is outside the Extended Service Area, we’ll still do our best to accommodate you! With the extra travel time needed please be aware that it might be more difficult to schedule an on-site appointment.
Remote Support Service Area
Many clients outside our Extended Service Area find that Y-Not Tech Services is able to keep their Computer’s running smoothly through our Remote IT Support, Managed Services or Home Security Suite.
