Client understands and agrees that Y-Not Security Suite is a monthly, recurring charge billed to the credit card provided for payment. The service may be stopped at any time by contacting Y-Not Tech Services, however, no refunds will be issued. Y-Not Tech Services reserves the right to change the price of the service. Y-Not Tech Services will provide one month notice of any price changes to the e-mail address on file. It is the responsibility of the client to expressly notify Y-Not Tech Services of any change in the e-mail address they would like notifications sent.
Y-Not’s Bronze Security Suite is a FREE service, including 24/7 built-in 1-Click Trouble Ticket/Contact Form and Remote Support Software access. Y-Not’s Bronze plan does not include any Anti-virus software or security monitoring.
Y-Not’s Stress-Free Anti-Virus includes all the features of the Bronze Plan, plus a multi-layered, managed computer security suite. This includes anti-virus and containment.
Y-Not’s Silver Security Suite includes all of the features of the Stress-Free Anti-Virus suite, plus proactive computer monitoring alerts (automatically sent to Y-Not Tech Services for review).
Y-Not’s Gold Security Suite includes all features of Bronze and Silver packages, plus Patch Management (Update and Installation of many important applications), Windows Update management and quarterly basic tune-ups. Gold Plan subscribers also get free malware infection removals if required. NOTE: Ransomware remediation is only included if client subscribes to Managed, Off-Site Back-Up plan.
Y-Not’s Platinum Security Suite includes all features of Bronze, Stress-Free Anti-Virus, Silver and Gold plans, plus managed Off-Site back up. The Platinum Package includes 2 hours of labour from Y-Not Tech Services. Unused hours expire after 6 months.
