That depends on your needs. We’ll decide together what should be backed up, and I’ll explain in plain language exactly what is and isn’t included.
How often should I back up my files?
For most home users, automatic daily backups are ideal. For businesses, we may recommend more frequent backups depending on how often your data changes.
Do you keep a copy of my files?
No. Once your backup or transfer is complete and confirmed, I don’t keep a copy of your data unless we’ve agreed to a managed backup service.
Your privacy is important to me.
What if my old computer doesn’t turn on?
In some cases, I can still recover files from a failing computer or hard drive.
The sooner we look at it, the better the chances. If recovery isn’t possible, I’ll explain your options clearly.
