There is a small onsite fee to cover travel time within Lethbridge. I’ll always let you know the cost up front before booking your appointment.
Can you help more than one person during the same visit?
Yes. If there are multiple computers or family members who need help, we can often handle several issues in one visit, which is more cost-effective for you.
What if my problem can be fixed remotely instead?
If a remote session would be faster or cheaper, I’ll tell you. My goal is to solve the problem in the best way for you—not just sell a visit.
What if the computer needs to be taken away for repair?
If the issue needs workshop time (for example, certain hardware repairs), I can take the computer with me, complete the repair, and bring it back once it’s done.
