Covid-19 (or the coronavirus) has spread around the globe and changed the way we live and conduct business. At Y-Not Tech Services we’ve always been a big fan of technology and while it’s sad to see how the world has had to respond to this pandemic, we’re happy to see that technology has enabled the business and family to remain close. Businesses have taken to remote work and can continue to get things done and move forward. Meanwhile, families are coming together in video chats. Technology has made this possible where even 10 years ago it might not have been.
Y-Not Tech Services takes the safety of both ourselves and our clients seriously. For the past month or so we have been taking extra precautions with increased handwashing and sanitizing. With the government of Alberta ordering non-essential businesses to close we are taking further measures to ensure we comply and do we all we can to stop the spread of the virus.
Operation Continues
Y-Not Tech Services recognizes the important part that technology continues to play as we learn how to cope with the current world situation. That is why we will continue to operate, but with some important changes.
- Any and all support that can be offered remotely will be. If you have an internet connection we can do most troubleshooting and repairs without leaving our office
- Curbside Pick up and delivery – for hardware issues that require physical replacing we will be implementing contactless pickup and delivery
- In Home and In-Office repair has been suspended until further notice
